Individual Therapy


I see clients in individual therapy who may be experiencing mental health issues such as :


  • Depression
  • Generalised anxiety disorder
  • Obsessive-compulsive behaviours
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder
  • Anger issues.
  • Addictions(Drug, alcohol, food, sex)









I also work with clients who may be experiencing relationship difficulties, sexual abuse or self harming thoughts or behaviours.




Couple Therapy


As a couples counsellor I see the couple in a joint session first and then have one individual session with both the partners followed up by mostly joint sessions.I work impartially, and aim at enabling a transparent and safe space . Some common issues are:


  • Communication and Boundary Issues (fine like this)
  • Lack of Sexual Intimacy
  • Abuse


I mostly practice Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with couples which has proven to be greatly effective with many couples, having moved from relationship distress to a more healthy and loving relationship. I suggest an initial arrangement of 6 sessions, at which point we will assess how you are doing, and what our next steps will be.


Couple counselling may elicit significant results if both partners are committed to this process.





Group Therapy


I also facilitate group therapy every Saturday for those who cannot afford individual therapy. A small group of 8-10 people can become a safe space for individuals to seek support and opportunity of self-growth.

Trauma Relief Exercise Provider


I am a Global Trauma Relief Exercise Provider. I conduct individual and group TRE (Trauma and tension releasing exercises) sessions.TRE is a set of exercises that start natural tremors in the body, and begin to release the trauma and tension that the body may have been carrying for years, or that simply accumulates on a daily basis. We always store:

  • Physical

  • Emotional

  • Mental stress in our bodies over the course of our lives.

TRE is a natural and safe way to release muscular tension and calm down the nervous system.


  • Individual TRE session: 4000
  • Group TRE session: 3000

A session is usually an hour long and 2-3 sessions can teach you how to do TRE on your own and experience a more calm and grounded you!
